APRIL 2018 MEMBER OF THE MONTH

Name: Adam Martin

Member Since: 2010

Membership: Category 2

The Parramatta Eels are proud to announce our Member of the Month for March, 2018 – Adam Martin.

Adam has been described as a passionate and dedicated supporter with a strong love for the Blue & Gold. Each year, Adam spends countless hours on the road travelling across the state to see his mighty Eels play no matter if it is a home or away game.

Adam is also an admin for two Parramatta Eels Supporter Groups on Facebook, including one that is specifically for Hunter Eels fans where Adam regularly organises events in the Hunter area and assists with Hunter based Members looking to get tickets to matches.

Adam and his wife Emma are now looking to relocate to Sydney, specifically the Parramatta Area to be close to the Eels vibe!


AUGUST 2017 MEMBER OF THE MONTH

Name: Alanna Holmes

Member Since: 2014

Membership: Category 1

Alanna has been described as a selfless and caring individual who constantly puts others before herself. With an incredible heart with a huge desire help, Alanna continually dedicates her time to help those in need and less fortunate whilst keeping on top of full-time University Studies.

Alana has spent countless hours on the road as she travel across the state to come see her mighty Eels play at ANZ Stadium. She is an individual who wholeheartedly lives by the Eels values of Integrity, Respect and Excellence in everything she does


JULY 2017 MEMBER OF THE MONTH

Name: Peter Hurd

Member Since: 2014

Membership: Category 2 Family

Peter has been an Eels fan since birth. His father, his kids and now his grandkids bleed blue and gold. He's transformed son in-laws and work mates to join the Blue and Gold Army mainly through his inspiring and passionate attitude for the team and game.

He's a man that goes the extra effort, drives up and down the countryside to support his team and cheer at the top of his lungs. He's tattooed an entire arm in Eels theme, with the team song across his forearm in prime position. There is no other person with so much belief and admiration for a team.


JUNE 2017 MEMBER OF THE MONTH

Kelly-Ann Janovskis



Member Since: 2014

Membership: Category 1 Membership

Kelly-Ann has been a Member of the Blue & Gold Army for a number of years where her mother, Sandra Jankovskis, nominated her as Member of the Month.

Sandra decided to nominate Kelly-Ann as she never misses a home game and bleeds Blue & Gold. On top of this, Kelly-Ann saves her own money to pay for her 10 year old niece’s Membership.

Kelly-Ann has to travel all the way from Camden to get to ANZ Stadium with her niece and Carer. Kelly-Ann has even travelled as far as Darwin to watch our boys play!



MAY 2017 MEMBER OF THE MONTH

Name: Lance Campbell

Member Since: 2013

Membership: Full Season General Admission

Lance has been a Member of the Blue & Gold Army for a number of years where his son, Sam Campbell, nominated him as Member of the Month.

Sam decided to nominate Lance as he has supported the Eels his entire life and memorably played for the club in the 70’s. Lance’s career highlight came through the teams Presidents Cup victory.

A proud father, supporter and most importantly a man who instils the integrity and respect the Parramatta Eels value and share!



APRIL 2017 MEMBER OF THE MONTH

Name: Michael Formosa

Member Since: 2008

Membership: Category 1 Family

Michael has been a Member of the Blue & Gold Army for over 10 years and his good mate Simon Tanti nominated him as Member of the Month.

Michael gets to most Eels home games, recently he has begun bringing his son, James to support his beloved Eels.

Simon decided to nominate Michael after a special moment during the Round 4 clash against the Cronulla Sharks which demonstrated his passion and love of the club, but also embodied our Club values of “Integrity, Respect & Excellence”.

During a tough point in the game, Michael’s son began to vent his frustrations. It was here that Michael explained that sometimes in life things don’t go our way, but it is how we react to those decisions that shape us. Michael placed his son on his shoulders and together they clapped both teams off the park. A proud father, supporter and most importantly a man who instils the integrity and respect the Parramatta Eels value and share!
