Name: Larissa Paegle
Position: Manager, Membership & Consumer Business
Experience: With over 15 years’ experience working in Membership and customer experience in the sport industry, Larissa Paegle is responsible for fan engagement and experience, merchandise and Membership at the Parramatta Eels.
Larissa has held consumer business management role’s across a number of codes and venues, including the Sydney Cricket and Sports Ground Trust, Sydney Swans, Manly-Warringah Sea Eagles and now with the Parramatta Eels. At each of these businesses significant Membership growth and improved fan engagement outcomes were achieved under Larissa’s leadership.
In her current role Larissa oversees consumer revenue streams, including the development of strategies to provide exceptional experience for Eels members and fans, retaining and acquiring new Members and generating new revenue opportunities.
Favourite Eels Moment: Farewelling the Eels spiritual home, Parramatta Stadium, with a hundred of our most loyal Members holding a farewell Parramatta Stadium flag as Shannon Noel played live, Goosebumps!

|Name: Hayden McIntosh
Position: Membership Manager
Experience: Hayden has over 4 years’ experience in the sporting industry through working at Football Federation Australia, Cricket NSW and most recently, the FRMC Membership team at the NRL. Hayden has been in his role at the Eels since the beginning of the 2017 season.
Speciality: Hayden specialises in Membership financial services as well as fan engagement, specifically through servicing our Captains Club Members and our Membership fulfillment. Further to this, Hayden oversees our Membership acquisition & retention programs.
Favourite Eels Moment: Walking on the hallowed turf of Parramatta Stadium for the first time against the Cowboys in Round 2 of 2016. This is a moment that I dreamed of since I first started supporting the Eels at the age of 8. I can’t wait to be able to walk on the turf of our new home, Western Sydney Stadium, in 2019!
Name: Monique Austin
Position: Membership Executive
Experience: Monique has two years’ experience in the sporting industry through working at The St George Illawarra Dragons as an NRL Business Academy intern in 2016 and now as a Membership Representative for The Parramatta Eels through the NRL’s FRMC Department.
Speciality: Monique specialises in Customer Service, Sales and Fan Engagement specifically through the creation of unique game day experiences via our group ticketing program.
Favourite Eels Moment: Having the opportunity to take a young fan onto the field and let him experience the bright lights of ANZ Stadium whilst watching some of his sporting heroes warm up.
What are you most looking forward to in the 2018 season? The unveiling of the plans for the Western Sydney Stadium and the excitement as we look to move into our new home.
Name: Isabella Schiff
Position: Membership Executive
Experience: Isabella has two years’ experience in the sporting industry, working previously at AFL NSW/ACT as an AFL 9s Competition Coordinator, the GWS Giants as an Intern, and most recently at the NRL’s FRMC as a Membership Representative for the Gold Coast Titans. Part of the Eels-Titans staff/player trade of 2017, Isabella joined us in October 2017.
Specialty: Isabella specialises in fan engagement and customer service, as well as, group ticket sales. Specifically, Isabella developed and is overseeing the implementation of our new Milestone-based BGA Rewards Program, and looks after our Interstate and Sparky’s Membership Programs. The NRL’s current Group Ticket Sales record-holder, Isabella will also be converting new Eels Fans through our Group Ticketing program.
